Slice potatoes in the center so they cook on the inside. Wrap in tin foil & cook for 35-40 minutes.
Honey Dijon (pre marinade pork tenderloin). Pre marinaded pork tenderloins are quick, easy, & full of flavor. Know this though, they're loaded with sodium. Grilling will reduce the sodium. Cooking time is about 30-35 minutes.

Blanch broccoli for 5 minutes (room temperature water), drain, season with Mrs Dash & low-fat parmesan cheese.
